2011 in review

The stats helper monkeys prepared a 2011 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,900 times in 2011. If it were a cable car, it would take about 48 trips to carry that many people.

Coming Soon…

Those of you that visit my blog often may have noticed a decrease in activity as of late.  I apologize for letting the content of my blog slip and want to say thanks for sticking with me!

I do have a good excuse.

I’m in the process of revamping the blog and building a whole new website that will host not only my blog but also a number of other features.  I think this will provide a lot more high quality content and give me an opportunity to share more of my work and more about myself.

Thanks again and I’ll be sure to post a link to the new site as soon as its up and running.

Look who’s back!

Look who I caught cruising through my hood recently.

If this doesn’t look familiar check out my picture on the ‘About’ tab.

More than a year later and probably close to 30 miles away from the site of the picture, this guy is covering some serious ground. It’s gotta be him…how many creepy blue ice cream trucks could there in the Twin Cities?!

Independence Day

Yesterday our nation celebrated its independence from those tyrants across the pond.  I did my best to celebrate like a true American….

by enjoying foods from other countries…
Chorizo and Cheese Omelette Smothered in Green Chile
exercising my right to bear arms…

and chillin with my little homie.

All in all it was a great day.

I’m thankful for my freedoms and express much appreciation to those that have fought for our liberty and those that continue to do so.
